Remember the need for people to live near their work. We want to expand the rural economy and people will need to live near those jobs. The 'brownfield' sites in rural settlements will in many cases have been turned into residential ie barn conversions. We may need to be ready to use some greenfield sites to enable the rural economy to be reinvigorated eg buildings for light industry - food processing, products from woodland, etc
